Head of Athena Parthenos to right, wearing triple-crested Attic helmet adorned with Pegasos and long tendril on the bowl, and with the foreparts of four horses above the visor. Rev. A-ΘE / MΕ-ΝΕΔ / ΕΠΙ/ΓΕΝΟ / ΝΙΚΟΓ Owl standing facing on amphora; to left, Asklepios leaning right on serpent-entwined staff; on amphora, H; in exergue, ME; all within laurel wreath. Thompson 353e. Well centered and attractive. Minor marks, otherwise, good very fine.
